1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our site or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Elysian Hatha provides:
- Group Hatha Yoga Classes
- Pranayama Workshops
- Meditation Sessions
- Private Yoga Instruction
All services are offered in English and are subject to availability and instructor schedules.
3. Online Booking and Payments
Our online platform allows you to view class schedules, instructor availability, and book classes or workshops. All bookings require upfront payment. Prices for services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. By completing a booking, you agree to pay the stated fees for the selected service.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service:
- Group Classes: Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time will receive a full credit towards a future class or a refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of the class are non-refundable.
- Workshops & Special Events: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the workshop will receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Private Yoga Instruction: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original method of payment.
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Yoga and meditation involve physical and mental exertion. Participants are advised to consult with a medical professional before engaging in our classes or workshops, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant. By participating, you affirm that you are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit your participation in the services offered by Elysian Hatha.
You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in our services. Elysian Hatha, its instructors, and staff will not be liable for any personal injury or any other loss or damage that may occur on the premises or as a result of participation in classes.
6. Code of Conduct
We strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment for all participants. We expect all users of our services to act with respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion from a class or denial of future services without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Elysian Hatha or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
